That is a new one on me Corvy! Sounds like “what if Marley and Zack de la Rocha had kids!” Yeah I definitely stick to older NOFX stuff, the newer stuff is crap IMO.

the lighting style sound @ 1.58 reminds me of sword fighting sounds with the harmony in Der Ring des Nibelungen The silence and awakening of music @ 4.35 is close to Respighi's 'Roman' music. Then some great Carmina Burana coverage the driving resuming flutes @ 8.54 This was only the suite to combine the musical thought, the whole sountrack cd is worth it

@ the musical theme of the shining you did it name i cry at Lully when he composed his Dies Irae, i cry for all who must life to die, music goes on, poor Louis mixed as variation into the score of the sounttrack 'Le Roi Danse'. After 2.40 extra footage. you just entered a world of thematic encounters so many classical composers have used this Dies Irae theme of 7 tones of music this sequentia is so dark it scarres me, and should do for everyone check the music on 2.42 and 3.12 with the Symphony Fantastique of Berlioz. he was the first one to set a programme to music, with a date of 1830 there is also some hectic social and political change in France/ Paris were he atended the sacrifice of the peasant girl, the sabbat really thrilling Berlioz is the first also to pick up the liturgy of the theme into his musical thought, througout the score you can find the 7 tone element of death set to variations of music, i am flying, not even told you about Liszt 'Totentanz', the whole score is full of it, from beginning to end Check the turn at 3.45, there must have been some friggin interference with old Ferenc He is crying out for help just before Judgement that comes. And still some positiveness in the major tune at 8.13 Imo Totentanz is the best variation on the theme ever writtenand many Rachmaninov scores, those guys were really close to the essence of art set to suffering. The medival music which is voiced in a choir bassed performance is also not to miss. on 0.47 and 1.55 another fine reference to the fear of God i prefer Berlioz by Davis/ LSO, Liszt by Zimerman/ CSO and Rachmininov by Haitink/ KCO You name should hold still with me this all should end

Hey Corvus, I liked that stuff! Very cool! Also everyone else nice stuff too! I saw Dies Irae and it reminded me of this song from an unlikely band!
Gets slightly heavier around 4-ish minutes into it.. but I like the song overall!

For some reason that Japanese gibberish reminds me of doing drugs and doing drugs musically reminds me of (did someone mention chicks?) lol...
Back in my slanging day's I sold this crack ho a lot of drugs. Heh. Talk about one hit wonder. It amazes me how they stay alive. I would have been dead if I blew up and everyone wanted a piece of me. To quote the late great Rick James... to hell with it here is the clip...
