Made about 60 of them. Filled with potato, onion, and cheese ( Velveeta is the secret ) .When I make the dough, I mix the floor eggs water and salt by " knifing " it into a hard ball, let it set for about 30 minutes, then roll the dough out and let the fun begin. Had to make up about 4 balls of dough. Did not get pics of boiling them and then frying them in butter..will try to next time. I know your all use to seeing the half moon shaped ones but made these the way I was taught ( thanks Mom ) last Friday.

Awesome, don't think I've ever had homemade before ... usually order the middle eastern varient (samosas) from the kabob place but having watched tons of restaurant shows on TV I'm sure they're just pre-made frozen stuff

Nice.. I though you were going to put them in the oven but frying sounds... crispy.

Nice.. I though you were going to put them in the oven but frying sounds... crispy. Yes I can eat them if they are just boiled ( no one else in the family likes them like that ) , but I love them when they are crispy.
