Currently going through big reno with my largest customer. Panasonic showed up this week with about $200,000 worth of tech toys. (8) 55" Monitors (not TVs!) (2) 32" Monitors (a 55" mounted landscape + a 32" portrait will be mounted side by side in 2 locations) (1) 98" touchscreen monitor (4) tablets (4) IP CAMs (mounted in service bays in service shop so customers can watch their vehicle being worked on) (I'm glad I do tech and not Service Advisor, (b'in der, dun dat). Customers take their vehicles to a shop because they don't know how to repair them. When they see their vehicle getting hit by a hammer, or a pry bar being used, I'm sure their will be complaints. ) (1) LED dynamic display 13foot Halo, weighs 700lbs.
(clic on pics for closeups)
1. Backside of Halo on floor, no power
2. Frontside of Halo, no power, no LED screens yet. Each black square is where a LED screen is mounted.
3. Closer up, same description as #2
(con't next post due to 3pic limit...)

4. Power to Halo. 3000 LEDs lit at back. The backside will be covered by a transparent banner, we can change the banner to new ones over time. LED screens installed at front minus a few that were 'buggy'
5. Power to Halo, about to be lifted with electric winches. Dude 2nd from left has one of the electric winch controls in hand. Took (4) winches.
6. Halo lifted into place, few more 'buggy' LED screens showing missing.
(con't due to pic limits...)

7. Halo lifted into place. Now on chains from steel supports. (98" touchscreen monitor showing in behind)
It's great working on/playing with tech that you would never afford/buy. Like a kid in a candy store
I only had 1 day off in July due to reno, we're in the home stretch now, last 2 weeks. Hoping for more time off to get to enjoy this great summer. I'm enjoying the 'heat wave' because I've worked in air conditioning all this summer so far. But do hope I get some time and it'll be a little cooler in Aug. to go and take some time camping in the woods, do some fishing, and really forget about tech for awhile.
(I turn back and forth in my sleep and mumble, "turn it off, turn it back on...mmm...rrr..turn it off, turn it back on..." hehe
