Well, I have no idea of what can be happening, but if it went with me, I firstly would change the mouse, because it is the hypothesis easiest to solve. I hope you get a solution, D!ablo.

clearly that is not the case d!ablo u nubblet Or maybe for you but for me it is, when I get a headsot from someone.. then my crosshair goes up and down. I have bloodsplatter off, bloodsplash off and all that stuff and yet it still goes up and down when ever I get shot.. not even a headshot.. any shot my crosshair goes up and down. Any ideas?

If this is stil relevant i would like to add my 2 cents:
Take off smooth mouse if you havent already. Smooth mouse uses interpolation to determine the position of the pointer. And may move it up/down/left/right one notch when u dont want it to.
Disable "mouse acceleration in games" in the mouse settings in windows.
However, If you are refering to the recoil that the gun has after you shoot. Then sorry... thats just how it is.
