Today I just got my computer back (Windows Crashing) turns out my Razer Copperhead Drivers is crashing my Windows. I did everything i could, I updated to newest ones then it crashed again.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
My System Specs:

Any suggestions?

Your specs are very high on the 12v draw. Whats the 12v output on your PSU?
Youll have to look at the PSU itself to see, and it will be axpressed in Amperes.
A PSU for that rig should be no less than 24-26 amps on the 12v rail.

In human terms for me Zohar? Are you asking what my power supply is? I know that is 480..

480 = watts, which isnt as important as Amperes per rail. ("rail" just means an output line)
there are 3 main rails: 3.3v, 5v, and 12v
Your rig is drawing a large amount of power from the 12v rail. You could have a 550watt power supply (PSU), and if it doesnt have at least 24amps on the 12v rail, it wont power your rig. Likewise, there are 350watt PSU out there with 26amps on 12v, which would power your rig just fine.
There is a sticker on the side of the PSU listing all its output rails. Check that sticker to make sure the 12v rail has at least 24 amps.

Athlon 64 3200+ 1 gig Corsair DDR 400 (but for some damn reason my motherboard clocked that back to 333, and I cant adjust it back to 400!) nVidia 6600GT Albatron K8X800 Pro II
...
Oh yeah, and I know this isnt important to the issue at hand but....

lol $434 is about $334 too much for me at this point.
And 18A is fine for your rig.. the 6600GT draws about 1/2 the power of a 6800GT.
I run a very similar rig on 18A with no problems.

Good, good. I was just wondering if that could be responsible for my graphics getting all artifact-y lately. I overclocked it about 12%, and so I was happy to see no artifacts, til recently. I was surprised to see that even after backing it down to about 5% OC, I still sometimes see them. Lame.
By the way, how do I set a custom full screen resolution? That is, when I use your resolution change script thingy, it does 1440x900 just fine, but it does it in widowed mode. If I hit alt-enter it takes up about 2/3 of the screen and gets all fuxy.
Ehh, I think I just need to spend an hour on the phone with you, buddy... Ive got a lot of questions....

in order to do 1440*900 fullscreen, youll have to set Windows res to 1440*900.. which would sort of defeat the purpse of the script.
Heres a script that will go from 1440*900 windowed to 1680*1050 fullscreen, which requires that we reset the custom width and height in-line as opposed to setting them once and toggling between full and non-full:
//fullscreen/window toggle
set full1 "set screen vstr full0;set r_customwidth 1050;set r_customheight 1680;r_mode -1;r_fullscreen 1;vid_restart" set full0 "set screen vstr full1;set r_customwidth 900;set r_customheight 1440;r_mode -1;r_fullscreen 0;vid_restart" set screen vstr full0 bind x vstr screen
You can edit this to match your needs of course, but the fullscreen res you set must match the res that Windows is running at the time.
