whats up with this message? i seem to be getting it a lot lately...anyone else?

Apache can service soo many request at one time. It is a setting within the httpd.conf. That limit is getting reached which is the reason you get that error. It will probably go away on your next request but that is the reason. If the webserver is getting taxed hard you might get that message a few times.
