so I decided to play it again today.
And I just beat the game. 45 stars only. Can with 15 stars How? No, not a single cheat. A glitch. I have a video of it that I took. But anyways, opinions?
I think this game gave Nintendo what they needed to be amazing pwn.

It's just a googled screenshot most likely.
His point is that the original is better than 64.
Which it is. But it doesn't change the fact that 64 is good too.
And the game can be beaten with 0 stars.

Well, yeah, but that requires a few polygon glitches which are hard to do :/

I agree with Maci on this one. But what is a polygon glitch? Explainzors please. ;D Alright, well, know how if you go into the castle and go through the normal wooden door next to the stairs(there is 2 actually) and you can go to the basement? There is a glitch where if you jump up you can land under the floor, and walk over into the basement, jump and then you land down in thoise rooms with the rabbit. After that you grab the bunny(dont ggrab start), then use the glitch where yolu can go trhough doors with him(google that, idont feel like explaing) to get into the next bowser place. Now, you will have to do backwards long jumps really fast and go through the blue water thing to get to bowser himself without getting a star....so after you beat him, you get a key, now go back up in the main castle room. Go up stairs to key door. Now go to the upstairs section of whole castle. See that staircase with star door saying you need 50 stars? Well, do the simple backwards long jump glitch up the stairs so you go fast and go through door. Once you are in that tick-tock clock room, go up stairs again, enter the never ending staircase room. Backwards long jump glitch again. Walla, you are on the final bowser level I can do a video of this...but it would be crappy quality. I already have a video of the staircase stuff.

I played Mario 64, but it was an emulator, so it was probably worse than the original's feel, with the analog stick and stuff... And the emulator wasn't really good, I should try it another time with another emulator... ANYWAYS, I played Super Mario and beated it, and loved it. I also played the original game, but TBH it wasn't as good, and I'm not the kind of guy that cares about graphics. Mario Galaxy looks fuxin pwnagezorz though, really wanna try it sometime. Hope I get my hands on a Wii soon...

Should I get the NES or SNES version? I know the NES one is the original, but I prefer to use the SNES emulator...

Okie dokie, as soon as I get back to my PC, since the PC I'm on right now is running Windows 2003 server 64x, so it's not compatible.

Pfft @ all the SMB3 idolatry. I mean yeah its great and all, but it isnt even the best 2D mario. That would be SMW on the SNES.
SM64 pwns all 2d marios, and (so far) all the 3d ones as well.

Ok Super Mario World had the levels, but SMB3 had the powerups. Tanooki, raccoon and hammer bros? Sure any moron can run and soar, it takes a man to rapidly hit that button over and over and over to keep that altitude.

Kuribo's Shoe? Yeah that was one helluva level, even the frog suit which was only useful in about 2 levels was an awesome powerup.
