I've been using AVG free antivirus and it tells me i have tracking cookies on my pc, and i cant figure out how to get rid of them. I've tried to manually delete them by accessing the file but all i get is this: Does anyone know how to access this file? Or any other way of getting rid of these? Thanks ladies and gents.

Try a different Anti-Virus program, maybe...I had problems with AVG in the past trying to get me to delete important stuff, so I ditched it. Been using Avast for the past 4 months and haven't had a problem yet.
What you did may work, but AVG also likes to remember things...If you deleted everything in the location AVG didn't like, you'll be fine, regardless if AVG says you are or not.
