OK I hope this treed will help most of players and wont be needing to put a new and a new treed about they problem, thats why I opened it. I am asking you all to write down every command that helps at Lags, If you had problems in ET what was it and what helped you fix the problem, why someone have PB kick when he have update PB ? Please don't write here your problems try to find here your solution or participate in that way that how you manage to handle your problem what you had. One more thing, if Can, please don't post solutions or commands that are already written. Thank you all for helping and hope that in this one place you will find what you need. I just put up a PB update site. 1.http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=dl-et.php for XP PB Web is no longer supported. Try using our PB Setup utility instead. www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.phpAs for Windows 7, you can already use it on PB-enabled games. Just make sure you have PB updated to the most recent version. Have a nice and NON ERROR GAME cya in battlefield magets

I would share thoughts but most solutions I would have have been shared already in the forums in another thread. Also its much easier to post solutions to a specific problem rather then posting solutions to any arbitrary problem because I could post a ton of random things that really probably wouldn't ever end up helping anyone XD.

open game: pb_system "0" join server: pb_security "0" pb_sleep "500" pb_lan "1" rate 25000 cl_maxpackets 100 snaps 20 Maybe some explain about setings ? Make sure you set PB_Security to 0 only if you trust the servers you are connecting to (also prolly a good idea to keep AV running - for those that tend to turn "on-access AV scanners" off while gaming) . PB_Security [0=no, 1=yes] When set to 0, PunkBuster will accept all "update" files without verifying that they are authentic. PB_Sleep [Period] Holds the period of time (milliseconds) that PunkBuster "sleeps" between processing cycles. PB_Lan [0/1] Setting defaults to 0; when set to 1, PB will behave as though it has no Internet access. (I wonder whether this overrides the PB_Security flag and doesn't bother getting updates??) The cl_maxpackets setting restricts the number of packets being sent to the server by your client. The snaps setting is used to calculate how many gameworld updates you receive from the server. The rate setting controls packets so that your downstream connection bandwidth does not get saturated. Setting controls maximum bytes per second.
