Amy has been playin it, I think she is in chapter 6 or 7 now... I will play it when she is done lolol.
the battles look nice, like a mix of the old school ATB and the FFXII Gambit system (but not even close to as in-depth as that system)... also kinda reminds me of the Star Ocean:SS battle system, but with better control of your AI teammates...

^ Ditto. Not that my glut of exams allows for much time to play. That and the return of a nasty bout of ET bug, can't seem to get it out of my system...!

is it worth it for me to get final fantasy to play on the pc? which one? i don't know anything about that series, except hear a lot of good things i like dragon age origins, divinity, borderlands, btw As far as I know, the only ones that came out for the PC were 7, 8, and XI... XI is an MMO, while 7 and 8 are basically the model of a PSX era JRPG. 7 is essentially unplayable on a modern PC - the 3D APIs used in '97 dont play nice with modern GFX cards... I have personally never been able to find 8 for the PC but by all accounts it is equaly problematic... HOWEVER! Get PCSX2, which is a PS2 emulator for the PC, and then get FFX and XII. They are both insanely bad ass games, and with a good GFX plugin, you can make them look damn near as good as any modern game.... FFX is one of my favorite games ever, of any type. Top 3 easily... In general... FFs tend to be way more story/character driven, and way more linear than PC games. FFXII is an exception... it is HUGE and very non-linear.....
