i wanted to change my config and i get an error and it says: exces to C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain\autoexec.cfg is rejected can some one help me

My first guess would be that you created the file yourself with Notepad, saved it as autoexec.cfg while Windows was set to hide file extensions, so Notepad actually named it autoexec.cfg.txt
Edit - Try this:
Start-> Control Panel-> Folder Options-> View-> UNcheck "hide extensions for known file types"-> OK
Then have a look at your cfg to see what the file is actually named.

i already fixed it. i copied my cfg then the made it different, deleted the old one and replaced for the new one! but its very strange because i can change the new cfg without getting that crappy error. but it works fine. ty zobot for your help!
