Easy for me.
Honeymoon - Napa, CA: The French Laundry.
However, I should add that by no means am I of the opinion that a meal need be prepared by a chef with 3 Michelin stars or be very expensive to be the best ever. I am guessing something like "entire pig slow roasted on the beach" is easily a match for mine.
What's yours?

My moms thanksgivings of years past were insanely awesome. Mom wasn't shy about chili dogs and fish sticks most of the time, but she put on a holiday spread that would make Martha Stewart blush. Never seen a restaurant that could even come close.

This is a tough one... esp. since there are so many cuisines and I like most of them My best experiences have been in "hole in the wall" type places. For Chinese, the restaurant that comes to mind is a place called "House of Nanking" in San Fransisco. Not sure if that place is still around. Essentially I remember it as a narrow room with one long table and chairs along one wall and the kitchen staff across on the other wall. No menus, you just told the (extremely busy) waiter how hungry you were and if you liked seafood, chicken etc and how spicy you liked your food. Then he would bring back one mouth watering dish after another (until you told him you were full). The tab would run around $8 to $10 bucks or something. That place was always full - and the line outside had the most eclectic mix of people. Two thumbs up.

5 guys> In n Out, and that's my final judgement. In n Out is the single most overhyped burger on the planet, usually pimped out by desperately homesick CA natives.

Scout, that looks like a strange meal. I imagine that it tasted fine but it's not something I'll be trying anytime soon.

Donner, at the Turkish snackbar (called Elit) in my street. Cost only 2,50 (approx $ 2,-) and you wont have to eat no more that evening. It can be flavored as you like, suplemented as you like, no extra costs.

Oh yeah, Turkish version of gyros. Very tasty indeed. There is a middle eastern version called shawarma that is also excellent. Same basic concept all around, just different toppings. With shawarma you often see hummus and tahini with probably some tabouleh or fattoush on the side (I made a tasty fattoush the other night in fact - shut up don't be dirty...).

5 guys> In n Out, and that's my final judgement. In n Out is the single most overhyped burger on the planet, usually pimped out by desperately homesick CA natives. A 5 guys opened up close to where I live. Tried it last night. Fantastic. Two thumbs up. I loved the simplicity of their menu. They essentially just have approx. 5 items (highly customizable burgers, hot dogs, veggie sandwich, drinks and fries) ;D Ok - so now I've gotta find an In and Out at some point for the comparison. I just find it strange that some gourmet burger places prefer to use a flat griddle as compared to flame broiling their burgers. Probably better to cook the burgers in their own grease?

Orange chicken , fried rice, crawfish and crablegs from a chinese buffet called ultimate buffet in colorado springs. Trippy! I have only been to one buffet in my entire life, and that's the one! I'm not a huge Chinese food fan, but I am a huge bread fan (lol) so I liked it cause everything was 90% bread.
