Ingredients:
1 french bread Butter, garlic, parsely 2 ribeye/NY strip/good sirloin steaks a tomato red onion white extra sharp cheddar yellow sharp cheddar
Slpit the bread lengthways, put on butter/garlic/parsely, broil till JUST crispy on the edges.
Meanwhile, grill the steaks to your preffered level of done-ness.
Slice the steak into strips
Lay them out on the bread.
Add diced onion
Grate the two cheeses together (I call this my "festive cheese blend") and liberally cover the breads.
Broil again til the cheese is all melted and the edges of the bread are a nice golden brown.
Sprinkle with diced tomatoes.
Make whatever tater/rice/noodle side you like.
I guess its like... french bread steak pizza... or an open face steak samminch?
Either way, its damn tasty!
;D

You call it crazy delicious. Going to make this - we have some really great sharp (sharp as in slice your tongue in two) cheddar here in NY

Zominches?
It is true that a lot of what I make is basically some kind of meat, on some kind of bread, with some kind of cheese... and garlic!
