Well, I was looking around on Wikipedia when I decided to visit Richard Winters page. When I looked, I noticed that he had sadly died on January 8th. I'd thought I'd post this because a lot of us know him from Band of Brothers, which showed Winters as a good, gentle man who wanted peace and quiet. It's a sad thing he died because as each day goes by, more and more veterans from WWII die, and soon none will be left. But, they will never be forgotten for what they did. Once again, rest in peace Dick, and I hope you see other friends that have died, such as Lewis Nixon and Carwood Lipton.
