little W here, me and my brother (JoJo) were trying to play together today and when one of us was playing it was just fine but, when either one of us tried to join at the same time we would get "Connection Interrupted" and then "The server disconnected for unknown reason." Basically I'm just wondering if it might be conflicting IPs that is making it do this? We are both in the same house running on the same modem. Thanks in advanced!

Err ... hopefully someone else answers, but off the bat I found this on the web from a 2003 post: 1) Bring down the console. 2) Type in net_port and hit enter. 3) One of you needs to change that number to a digit or so higher. Pick who will do that. 4) The person who changes it needs to use: net_port [new ip] 5) Then they need to type: net_restart DISCLAIMER: I cannot be held responsible for whatever may happen

Hmm, your modem should automatically be assigning each machine a different IP. Not exactly sure what would be causing that.

+1 to cowboy my son and I also play sometimes at the same time off the same router, the router auto assigns ips to the devices it sees. Is one of the computers wireless? If so see if you can try to run it wired and if that helps. Also check to see if the network is on power saver mode i.e it lets the computer shut down your wi-fi, if that is set to allow the computer to turn off this device to save power, disable that. Let us know if that makes any changes.
