So, over here its:
5 mashed cloves 1 onion cut very very small a dash of parsley salt and pepper
You have to add 2 little cups of white wine and 1/4 of a cup of cooking oil.
It's not used to eat on itself, it's more like to put on meat when grilling or you add it to bbqs.

Heh recipe I followed was very different but yes I just used as sauce for steak, used the rest to marinate chicken breast
Was roughly:
cup of fresh parsley 4 cloves garlic some oregano olive oil white wine vinegar
Blended all together
Will try yours out next!

1 manojo de perejil picado 3 ajos finamentes picados 1/4 de pimiento rojo picado 1/4 de chile verde picado (opcional) 1 cdta de orégano 1 cdta de comino 1 pizca de laurel, albahaca, romero o tomillo 1/2 taza de aceite de oliva 1/4 de taza de vinagre 1 pizca de sal 1 pizca de pimienta negra molida
That's the original one.
Esa salsa más un corte fino de carne y ufff! tendrás un orgasmo en tu boca! =)

For the record, I'd like to state that I don't normally post pictures of food, on the internet. Ha ha! Anyway, thanks for the recipe guys. Kept part of it as a dipping sauce (and rest was used to marinade). So, when is Ton going to step up to the plate?

It turned out well. Amigo's recipe seemed to have more ingredients than you'd typically find for chimichurri recipes on teh internets.
