Well, besides ET, this is the only kind of games I like since i first played Phantasmagoria. Then I played the Indiana Jones saga. The last days I've played 2 more:
The Black Mirror: Very entertaining, fairly easy compared with the ones I mentioned above. You have to solve 5 murders related to your family story and to dark forces. All puzzles are very easy.
The Moment of Silence: Not very good actually, IMO, but with a very interesting story: conspiracy to control freedom of speech in the year 2044. No puzzles, just solving situations.
Both games have LOTS of dialogues; so, if you are not patient, you shouldn't play 'em... lol
Now I'm in 2nd Chapter of The Walking Dead, which is excelent, but It won't last long enough for this vacations. None of this last 3 games I've mentioned are as tough as Phantasmagoria concerning to it's puzzels, but fairly entertaining.
Anyone has recommendations for me in this kind of games?
Greetings, fellas.

yea..I remember a really old one. I think it was a DOS game I used to have called Dr. Brain. I remember it being hard, but then again I was probably between the ages of 12-14. I should see if i can find that again.
Well apparently there still available for free download, an it wasn't one game it was a series, made by sierra in the early 90's I t seems the one I had was the Island of Dr. Brain.

There are a few others like the walking dead series you might like... There is a game of thrones series, a back to the future series, and a series called the wolf among us. I have played and enjoyed them all.
Also props for playing phantasmagoria! I remember playing that when I was a little kid, I loved it.

I can badly recommend you the vanishing of Ethan Carter. This is a masterpiece for a point-click story rich game... not a long game (you can make it in 4-5 hours) but worths every second you play. ANd if you have a very good computer, the graphics are stunning! I'm not a fan of horror game as I'm pretty coward lol. But I really like the point-click games. So I'm a huge addict to Telltale game... I played Jurassic park (not the best really but just for the story, i liked it), both seasons of the Walking dead and the Tales of borderlands. Well... I rarely finish a single player game those days... but when I grab a Telltale game, I can't stop playing until I'm done!
