Don't know if I 've posted this here or not... if so forgive the duplicate.
4-5 oz. bonless, skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 for each person)
mix together 3 parts Heinz57 sauce, 1 part A1 steak sauce, 1 part Worchestersire sauce in a bowl. (doesn't have to be exact)
Sprinkle breasts with season all and lemon pepper then place in bowl with sauces, both sides, then roll into a ball and wrap a piece of bacon around the roll and attach by running toothpics thru the bacon and thru the breast. Place on grille at medium heat, turning half way thru and re-basting with the sauce. The bacon will burn a little before they're done, but that's the best tasting part.
You won't believe the flavor.... I've made these for parties of 40 or so, and everyone loved them. It's messy but so worth it.
A local restaurant use to sell these and they were one of the most asked for dishes on the menu. They called them TarBabies.
A great side dish to go with them....
Make mashed potatoes (kind of thick). Roll them into a log (like a large tootsie roll), roll them in Italian bread crumbs (sprinkle with water if the breadcrumbs won't stick), then deep fry until the crumbs are browned. Crunchy mashed potatoes.... yummy.

sounds fantastic. I will have to try soon. The crunchy mashed potatoes sounds like a great idea!
